Why Visual Expert? Here's why:

1. Ph D. in experimental psychology. Human factors is the application of scientific knowledge about human perception, cognition and response to understanding behavior under a given set of circumstances. The professionals best trained to perform human factors analysis are experimental psychology. Although attorneys often think of human factors as an engineering field, experimental psychologist comprise the largest membership group of The Human Factors & Ergonomic Society, the largest humans factors professional organization in America. An experimental psychologist's expertise in evaluating human behavior is not a sideline picked up on top of an engineering or other technical degree; it is the experimental psychologist's sole professional pursuit.

2. Real Science. Opinions are based on genuine scientific expertise including real hands-on experience planning, performing and analyzing scientific research and on the study and analysis of data from thousands of original research articles. This is real science that qualifies under Daubert. It is not second-hand "cookbook science" obtained by reading textbook chapters or by taking a course.

3. Communication. Thirty Six years of teaching and writing experience translates into high skill in the communicating advanced technical concepts. I write and speak plain English.
